Huey Lewis & The News – Heart Of Rock ‘n’ Roll (Remastered Audio)

Posted by admin on February 18th, 2010 and filed under rock and roll hits | 25 Comments »

This Is “Huey Lewis & The News” with an out & out classic from their hugely successful & former US #1 album “Sports”. This was the 3rd single released sometime In 1983/84 and reached as high as #6 on the US Top 100.

For stereo audio playback go to:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZFqA8JJQj0&feature=channel_page&fmt=18

The original footage for this clip came from an ?official greatest hits CD/DVD package which true fans may well also have in their collection. The bizarre thing about this package is that while the CD audio sounded great the DVD clips sounded like someone had thrown a wet blanket over the speakers! They were really in need of some serious VCRS reviving!

What’s even funnier is the fact that EMI have uploaded their supposed 2006 remastered version… if you want a laugh then check it out:

It sounds worse than ever lol! rip-off idiots :-/

*Note: If you are a Record Company employee or artist(s) themselves who object(s) to this commercially unavailable video footage being promoted on YouTube (albeit in a lossy mono audio format) then please contact us to have it removed before flagging it. At the same time you may also like to explain to the fans why they cannot access this classic material in a decent quality digital format anywhere else?

“You won’t make a profit on something that cannot be purchased but enough exposure may well help sell what you actually do have for sale. Meanwhile to share ones talents is the greatest of gifts!”

Please also be aware that all videos uploaded to YouTube are format shifted by the host website from the original files. This can often cause picture & sound deterioration (i.e. mono audio) as well as the occasional video/audio synchronization issue. The files are also deliberately layered on our end with logos and artists links in order to prevent YouTube recycling by lazy up-loaders, while at the same time helping to promote the artists themselves!
